We guarantee that we always have a backup of our servers and your data. We backup all servers daily and store the data for several weeks, so there is a good chance that we have a copy of your file we can restore.
It is possible to recreate the data yourself through the control panel under the menu Website by clicking Restore data.
Since recreating e-mails, singular files and specific database tables is a manual process, there is a small fee of 25 EUR, if the customer is responsible for the data loss.
