Setting up mail in Outlook (new)

This guide assumes you have already set up your email account through Email in our control panel.

1. Enter your E-mail in the field.

2. Select the mail provider to be IMAP.

3. Now enter the mail account password and switch ‘Show more’ on and switch ‘Use recommended settings’ off.

4. Now scroll down and type the following:

• Incoming IMAP server: mail.simply.com
• Port: 993
• Encryption method: SSL/TLS

5. Now you need to enter your SMTP username and password.

This should contain the email and the password for the email account.

6. Now scroll down and type the following:

• Outgoing SMTP server: smtp.simply.com
• Port: 587
• Encryption method: StartTLS

7. Now there are a bunch of steps that you need to accept/follow in order to get the email into Outlook (New).

8. The email should now work and be in Outlook (New).
